Because the natural sand is limited to exploited, so the artificial sand is always used in industry and construction. The most concerned point of a customer buying a sand making plant must be the problem of the investment of it. We analysis it from the below aspects:
1. Production line process
The sand making plant can apply the dry way and wet way. There are high air pollution in dry way. So a sealed process is need. But there is still dust content exceed during producing. So the pre-construction costs high.
The plant with wet process is located in the area with rich water resource. But there would be wasting the water resource. Besides, the washing of the stone powder in the artificial sand is also a waste of mineral resources.
2. The equipment for production
There are three stages of the sand making process: crushing, sand making and sand washing. There are many different kinds of equipment can be used in different stages. For example, there are jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher and etc for the crushing stage; there are new-type sand maker, TK sand making machine, VSI sand making machine can be used for sand making stage; there are bucket sand washer and spiral washer can be used for sand washing. Of course, different equipment would cause different investment cost.
3. Producing requirement
The equipment choosing is always on the basis of the following factors: the capacity in per hour or per batch, the feeding size, the product size and etc. Take the feeding size and product size of sand making machine for example, the values of new-type sand maker, TK sand making machine, VSI sand making machine are all different. So the customer need to choose the suitable equipment according to his requirements, the the prices are different.
4. Actual working conditions
This aspect is for the strength and hardness of the processed material, such as the granite stone, silica stone, basalt stone are all very hard. During the sand producing process, the abrasion to equipment must be very high. So the replacement period of spare parts is shorter. Then, the invest to the producing would be higher compared with soft stones.
