On the 20th of April, for improving the air quality, the law enforcement tore down 16 high-polluted and illegal gravel plants which are located in their area of high-tech district according to the rules. The related responsible officer in this district introduced that they have to tear down those plants because they ignore the warning of rectify and reform their running plants which polluted the water and air seriously.
On the 28th of April, the related people of Fangcun town, Tongshan District tore down 13 high-polluted plants in the town by 10 vehicles. They tore down and cut all the processing equipment in the plants. This improves the environment quality.
On the 9h of May, the environment-protection institute of Anqing city tore down the Xiangshan gravel plants by dismantling the crushers, transporting devices, and each spare parts. According to information, after the site inspection, the environment-protection institute found out that the dust and noise discharge from the plant exceeded the national standard seriously. And then, they ordered it stop producing and then tore it down.
It is urgent to get rid of the pollution
Lots of gravel plants were tore down. It is easy to find out the reason that the air pollution is the “main criminal”. The pollution is the main problem that the gravel plants face to. So, how the plants get out of this dilemma?
Firstly, choosing the environmental protection type stone processing equipment.
It is understood, many forced torn-down plant adopted cheap and low performance stone processing equipment for a short-term profit. So in the operation, it is hard to avoid the pollution problem. To make a general survey of the green-type gravel plants, they pay much attention of choosing crushers, conveyors, feeders and other stone processing equipment. Because of the high environmental protection performance, the dust or air pollution would be be caused.
Secondly, to configure some dust collecting device. The plant was tore down did not have the dust collecting device and silencing device as ruled. Then the serious air pollution and noise pollution are caused during operation. So, it is very necessary to install the dust collecting device and silencing device.
Thirdly, to strengthen peoples’s awareness. So, to enhance publicity and education, and to carry forward the green-type running are the main measurements for plants environment-protected producing.
The environment pollution does not caused by one day, the whole society would admissive if the gravel plants get ride of the air pollution and noise pollution absolutely. From the resource control, choosing the green-type equipment for the plant , optimizing the configuration devices, making green-type producing are the ways of protect our environment and keep our blue sky.
