The main applications of the concrete mobile crushing stations:
1. To process the waste building concrete and masonry. To make coarse and fine aggregate from the waste building concrete and masonry. The coarse aggregate can be used in municipal construction and bridges, roads pavement base; the fine aggregate can be used in infrastructure for replacing the fine sand.
2. To process the waste bricks and tiles. The aggregate produced by the wasre bricks and tiles can be used for producing building material product, such as regeneration brick, block, wall panel, floor tiles. The recycled muck could be used as padding for the road construction and highway foundation.
3. To precess the waste bituminous concrete. The crushed waste bituminous concrete would be mixed with a certain of percentage and used as the recycled asphalt, which can be used for the road construction.
4. To precess the abandoned road concrete. The crushed abandoned road concrete can be used as the aggregate for making the recycled concrete.
To recycle the concrete, it can solve a series of problems fundamentally, such as the requisition of land charges for the waste open stack and landfill, the transporation cost and other cost.
