About the primary crusher — jaw cruher(the capacity is 60-190t/h, the product size is 75-200mm) produced by our company, the cylindrical roller bearing is adopted as the first disc bearing to bear the radial load in the pulley and the fly wheel bearing seat. The features of the cylindrical roller bearing are as the below: The radial bearing capacity is large, the impact resistance is high, the rigidity is high, the diagonal deviation is sensitive, the inner and outer diameter can be installed separately. For the second disc bearing of bearing the axial load is adopted in the pulley. But the radial ball bearing wich can bear some axial load is replced by a long sleeve in the fly wheel bearing seat. In this assemble, all the axial load is beard by the first disc bearing, the radial bearing. In the old design, the bearing capacity of the axilal load was estimated too small. But in the actual producing, the feeding speed and feeding size cannot be controlled as rated. When the feeding size is big, there would be huge load for the shaft. At this case, the shaft would be broken after 1-2 monthes. Then the problem of channeling speed of jaw plates would be occur, which would make the producing stop.
So, we imrpoved the shaft assembly structure. According to the calculations and the orginal structure size, the conical roller bearing(2007244) with big axial load capacity replaced the orginal radial ball bearing(0244) in the pulley bearing seat. At the same time, the corresponding inner and outer spacer sleeve is changed. The long sleeve is replaced by the conical roller bearing(2007244) in the fly wheel bearing seat. The improved shaft assembly structure can bear more axial load and radial load. Besides, the inner and outer part can be devided, and easy to be installed, and the backlash became adjustable. The actual opertion effect of the improved structure is very good.
There woul be some fault during operate the jaw crusher. On the basis of some understading, and some proper improvement, the woking efficiency would be improved and the service life would be increased.
