1.In the traditional wet process of making artifical sand plant, the spiral washing machine is always used to take away the mud and water for the sand. But the loss of fine sand cannot be controlled. But with this fine sand recycling system, the fine sand lossing rate could be controlled by 5-10%. It resolved the problem in the tranditional artificial aggregate of the fineness modulus is high and the stone powder content is low.

The mixture of water and find sand is transported to the centrifugal separator by pump. The concentrated find sand by the centrifugal separator is sent to the vibrating screen by the underflow exit. After the screening and dewatering by the vibratig screen, the find sand and water are separated. The recycled material density from the liner vibrating screen is 70-85%. To change the fineness modulus by changing rotating speed of sand pump, adjusting the overfolw water amount, changing the underflow exit. Then the fucntions of cleaning, dewatering and grading are available.
