Realiable operation
Profile shifted gear can reduce the meshing sliding speed and sliding ratio, and improve the wear resistance and anti-gluing performance, and even improves hydrodynamic performance and lubrication state of the gear transmission, improve the reliability of the ball mill operation.
Wide application
Compared to the high-manganese steel liners in the market, the liners is sutiable for dry grinding, wet grindig and mix grinding for various stone by alloy steel liner.
The lifetime of bearing is long
The diameter of the hollow shaft is enlarged inside of the bearing part of ball mill. It extends the radial distance between the bearing and the feed and discharge screw barrel.
Bending resistance of gear is high
Ball mill applies the profile shifted gear, which gets rid of the phenomonen of tooth interference and strengthen the bending resistance up to twice as the common ones.
Low part consumption rate
The thin oil lubrication replaces the grease lubrication, to prevent poor lubrication acused by lacking oil. So that the friction coefficient of bearing and other parts to the lowest limit, reduced the loss rate greatly.
This ball mill is a horizontal type and tubular running device which has two warehouses. This machine is grid type and its outside runs along gear. The materials are transferred to the first grinding chamber uniformly through the hollow shaft screw by the feeding device. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. After the coarse grinding, the materail gets into the second grinding chamber by single-wall plate. There are plane liner and grinding balls, which would grind the materail by fuurther step. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
