The flotation machine is the machine with complete the flotation processing, which is consist of mixing tank, mixing device, inflatable device, discharge of mineralization device, motor. We produce many types of flotation machine, such as mechanical flotation machine, pneumatic agitator flotation machine etc. There are many different types, such as XJK, JJF, SF, BF, KFY, XCF etc. The most popular one is the mechanical agitation flotation machine.
The advanced inlet port of the flotation machine mixing tank improves the production efficiency. The gate device for adjusting the slurry surface improves the production capacity.
High wear resistance
The applications of foreign advanced technology of making the machine parts which has the advantages of reasonable structure, stable operation. So the gap between the impeller and the cover is appropriate, with high wear resistance.
Convenient maintenance, low maintance cost
The structure is reasonable and the appropriate gap is in the parts, and easy for the operator checking. There are high wear-resistance parts around each part, which could protect the chute from abrasion. The maintenance cost is low, the return rate is high.
Low fault rate, short replacement period
The impeller is always active in the machine, with the function of removing the aggregates and debris. So the damange phenomenon caused by debris is decreased. The wear resistance is strength, the replacement period is shorten.
Small occupied area, high autimatic degree
The structure is more reasonable than the traditional flotation machine. Therefore, the occupied area is small and the investment cost is decreased. Besides, the inernational advanced flotation technology is adopeted. So it is with high automatic degree and shoter time and less work.
High beneficiation efficiency
High precision of sorting, low ash content, high yield, more advantttages for difficult coal selection. The content of clean coal ash is less 1-2% than conventional mechanical agitated flotation machine.
When flotation machine works, slurry ground by ball mill is inhaled from the bottom of the trough to the space between impellers. Meanwhile, the low pressure air sent by fan is sent to this area through the air distributor in the hollow shaft. After sufficient mixing, the slurry is pushed out by the impeller, and then goes to the whole trough. When the froth rises to the stable level, after the enrichment processing, froth overflows to the froth trough from the overflow weir. Another part of ore slurry flows to lower part of impeller for the remixing with air. The remaining slurry flows to the next trough until it becomes residue.
