【Application Areas】It is used for distribution of the ore sand and make a closed circuit with ball mill in ore beneficiation plant; to classify the ore sand and the fine mud in the gravity beneficiation plant; to classifying the ore slurry grading in the metal beneficiation plant; the deslimation, dehydration is available in ore washing processing.

There are four types of our spiral classifiers: high-weir single spiral classifier and high-weir double spiral classifier, immersed single spiral classifier and immersed double spiral classifier. It is consist of driving device, spiral, lifting device, basement(bearing bush) and orerelease valve. The spiral classifier adopts advanced technology and with the features of simple structure, realiable and simple operation.

Realiable, convenient and felxible operation
The pigliner adopted for the head input of spiral shaft and shaft head. The operation is realiable. The quality of stone powder is easy to control. The powder content is adjustable from 2-15% when the size is in 0.00—0.75mm.
Frequency control technology, efficient environmental protection
the operation is convenient by applying the frequency control technology. The big sized impurities would be filtered out when processing the raw material.
Low maintenance rate, strong wear resistance
Applying the tile lining makes the low maintenance rate. The U-steel is used for making the basement. The main frame is welded with steel plates.
According to the principle that different grains are with different specific gravity and sedimentation rate in the liquid, the fine ore flows in the water and the coarse ore sinks in the bottom. The classifier that has machine grading by discharging from the top can filtrate the materials and send coarse materials to the feeding mouth and discharge the fine material from the pipe. The seat of the machine adopts channel steel and body adopts armor plate and the spiral axle adopts cast iron, so it's durable. The lifting equipment has two types, by electricity and hand.
