Disc Feeder is the volumetric measuring feeding equipment. The disc feeder can feed the materials to the every working procedure evenly and continuously. The disc feeder is applied to feed all kinds of non-adhesive materials, and it doesn't applied to good flow properties powder materials. The materials that are suitable the disc feeder to send include ore stone, coal, cement, clinker, limestone, clay and other powder, granular or small-block materials.
The structure is compact, the design is reasonable. The operation of it is smooth. It adjusts the capacity sccording to adjusting the disc rotating speed by adjustable-speed motor.
Convenient internal circulation lubrication
The main shaft adopts the internal cylindric gear drive by submerged lubrication. And there is no necessary to carry another oil box because an internal circulation lubrication system is in it. It is very convenient, time saving and energy saving when lubricate the machine.
Simple structure, even feeding
with the latest design concept, there are so many advantages, such as the simple structure, easy operation, even feeding, smooth operation and etc. If you change the gap between the adjusting sleeve and the disc, the feeding capacity could be adjusted.
The liner of disc design is new, the wear resistance is good
The disc liner is in grid fan-shaped type, which formed a wear resistance layer. So, the wear resistance of the liner is good. During operation, the abrasion would be decreased and the service life of the equipment would be increased.
The motor drive the disc through the reducer which drived by the coupling. When the disc rotating, the materials inside of it rotate together with the disc. At the same time, the materials move to the outlet, and then discharged from the lock gate or scrapper. The discharging capacity could be adjusted by the lock gate or scrapper. There are snail type sleeve and straight cylinder type sleeve. The snail type sleeve discharged by the lock gate, which with the advantages of feeding even and precise. It is suitable for solvents, anti-mineral powder, etc. The straight cylinder type sleeve discharged by the scrapper. There would be less blocking than the snail type sleeve, but the feeding capacity is not precise as the snail type. When the fine mineral powder feeding capacity is larger, the scrapper is better. When the flux or fuel feeding capacity is small, the lock gate is better.
