Rotary dryer is consist of the rotation part, lifting plates, driving device, supporting device and the sealing ring. Materials are sent to hopper of rotary dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, materials enter the barrel installed with slope to horizontal line from the higher side, and hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, and then materials and hot air mix together. Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel is rotating. Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down in order to make materials and hot air mix completely, which is designed to improve the producing efficiency of rotary dryer. During the wet raw material is moving forward in the cylinder, and getting the heat from the heating body directly or indirectly. Then the wet materail gets dry and is trandported out by the belt conveyor or spiral conveyor from the discharging end. There are lifting plates in the cylinder which can lift the materail and spread materail for making bigger contact surface between the air current and materail, which improves the drying rate and promote the material forward. Heating body is generally divided into hot air, flue gas and so on. After the heating body get through the dryer, the cyclone dust is generally required to bring the gas within the material collected. If you want to reduce the exhaust dust content in a further step, the bag filter or wet dust collector is needed before the exhaust gas emissions.
