Vibrating feeder is composed of feed chute, exciter, spring bearing, transmission device and other components. The vibration source of the vibrating feeder is the exciter, which is consist of two eccentric shafts (main and passive) and gears. The motor drives the drive shaft through the triangular belt, and then the passive shaft is driven by active shaft rotation, the active and passive shaft reverse rotates at the same time. So that the chute could be vibrating, and the material flows continuously. Then the purpose of feeding is achieved.
