The main working part of the ring hammer crusher is a rotor with a ring hammer. The rotor consists of ring hammer shaft and ring hammers, etc. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing cavity. The material to be broken woud be put into the crusher from the upper inlet, then the materail would be crushed by the crushing of the high-speed rotating ring hammers, and the collide, suqeeze, and grind among materails. There is grade plate under the rotor. The crushed material would be discharged from the hole of grade plate when the size is smaller than the hole size; the materail which size is bigger than the hole size would be crushed again until it can pass thruogh the hole.
