During operation, driven by the motor, the rotor is in high-speed rotation. After the material get into the plate hammer action area, the material was crushed by the hammer plates. And then it would be re-crushed by impact plates after thrown to the impact device. At last, the material would be thrown to the plate hammer for crushing once more. The crushing process is repeated like this. The material would be crushed into small size after the repeated crushing from big size in the first, second, third crushing cavity. The final product would be discharged from the outlet until the material is broken to the required size. Adjusting the gap between the impact shelf and the rotor can change the size and shape of the fina product.
