Super-fine mill is a kind of grinding mills. It is a new type mill which is designed and manufactured by adopting the principles of fluid mechanics. The finest product size could reach to 3250 mesh, and the size could be adjustable flexibly.
The wide product size range
The largest product diameter is up to 0.613 mm (30 mesh). The general product diameter is up to 0.033 mm (425 mesh). A few product diameter is up to 0.003 mm (3250 mesh).
Larger capacity
Compared with some other grinding mills, the super-fine mill can improve 30% capacity at the same condition. The capacity would be much higher if increased the spring pressure and the related force.
Wide application
It can grind various minerals with the Moh’s hardness less than 7 degree. The adjustment is easy and the operation is easy for the analyzer.
Sealed and environmental-protection
Overlapping multi-pole sealing grinding device, good sealing performance, no pollution, dust collecting effect can fully meet the national dust emission standards.
The crushed materials are elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for grinding mill. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between ring and roller to accomplish the grind. The rollers tightly rolled on the ring under the effect of centrifugal force. Shovel sends material between the roller and ring and the material is ground into powder under the high pressure.Then the fan blows the power up into the analyzer. At this time, the power material met the fineness requirement get through the analyzer and get into the power cyclone separator while the others will be sent back for re-grinding.The whole system is airtight circulation.
