The bucket elevator manufactured by our company meet the standard of JB3926----85”Vertical bucket elevator”(The standard is equivalent to the international standards and foreign advanced standards).The traction ring meet the standard of MT36----80 “Mining Used High Strength Round Chain”. Because the traction device of bucket elevator is the ring-chain, so it is allowed to transport some materials with high temperature. It has the advantages of huge transportation capacity, high transportation height, smooth operation, long service time and etc.
The power need for running of bucket elevator is low. Inflow type feeding, induction discharge, large capacity hopper-intensive layout are adopted. There is few phenomenon of returning or digging material. So the power utilization rate is high.
No sprinkling, low wear
The inflow feeding is adopted by bucket elevator. There is no chance for the squeeze and crash between materials. The design guarantees that there would be no sprinkling during feeding and discharging, which decreased the wear to the machine.
Wide application
There is few requirement for the material type, features transported by bucket elevator. It can not only lift the common powder, small particle material, but also nubbly material.
Smooth operation
Advanced design principles and processing method adopted by bucket elevator which ensured the smooth operation of it. The operation time without fault could reach to more than 10000 hours.
D-type bucket elevator is consist of the operating part(the bucket and traction belt), the upper part with driving roller, the lower part with tighten roller, the middle shell, the reverse brake device. It is suitable for conveying the powder, particles and nubbly materials with loose density ρ＜1.5t/m3, such as coal, sand, coke, cement, crushed ore and so on.
There are two kinds of driving devices for TD-type bucket elevator: matched with YZ-type reducer and with ZQ(or YY)-type reducer. The YZ-type reducer is installed on the top of the head of main shaft head, then the transmission platform and coupling is not necessary. So the structure is compact, the weight is light. The shaped roller backstop can prevent the backstop.Besides, the reducer is with low noise when running, and it can float together with the main shaft which can eliminate the installation stress. All the machine runs smooth and stable.
