The air flow of the grinding plant is a closed and recycled system which is recycled under the negative pressure. There are some moisture inside of the material which is in the grinding chamber. The heat source produced by the grinding caused the amount of the air flow by the water evaporation. At the same time, because the pipes between each parts are not sealed absolutely, so the outer air would get into them, and the air flow is increased. Then the recycled air flow is also increased. So it need to keep the air balance by adjusting the left air pipe between the fan and main frame. The extra wind will be discharged from exhaust pipeline between the draught fan and the host to the small whirlwind collector for purification treatment.

In the main frame, a 100 - 1,500kg powered pressure spring is fixed to the roller suspender. After the grinder is put into effect, the roller rotates around the main shaft, and rolls closely against the ring pressed by the high pressure spring and centrifugal force. With a rolling pressure ratio that is 1.2 times higher than that of the Raymond grinder under the same power conditions, production output is raised substantially. When working, the to-be-crushed materials are added to the machine from the feeding port on the side of the housing. Relying on the grinding roller device hanging on the the plum flower frame on the host, it revolves around the vertical axis during its self rotation. Due to the role of rotating centrifugal force, the grinding roll swings outside, tightly pressing the grinding ring, moving the materials scooped up by the shovel knife to the place between the grinding roller and grinding ring, and thus the purpose of crushing materials can be achieved.
The recycled air goes back to the air blower and repeated the above process, the left air would get into the bag dust collector. When the grinding ring and grinding roller are worn to a certain degree, to adjust the length of the high-pressure springs can keep the constant grinding pressure between the ring and roller. So the stable capacity is guaranteed.
