Product Description

Our company produce many different kinds of rotary kilns. On the basis of applicable industry, it is divided into metallurgical rotary kiln and chemical rotary kiln; according to the applicable materials are divided into cement rotary kiln, lime kiln, ceramic rotary kiln, zinc oxide rotary kiln, white ash kiln and so on.

Metallurgical chemical kiln is mainly used for the poor iron ore magnetization roasting in steel plant, chromium and nickel iron ore oxidation roasting; refractory plant roasted high alumina bauxite and aluminum plant roasting clinker, aluminum hydroxide in metallurgical industry. Lime kilns (ie active lime kilns) are used for roasting steel plants, ferroalloy plants with active lime and light burning dolomite. Cement rotary kilns are mainly used for calcining cement clinker.

Easy and reliable operation

The automatic level of our rotary kiln is high for the PLC control the adjusting and controlling of operation system, and even the alarming system by the central control. There are few operators at site with high labor efficiency. The application of the fully positive pressure production makes the good air flow, stable producing and high security.

Energy saving and environmental protection

The simple structure and strong controllability of rotary kilns are good for the operation and maintenance. The discharged air density is less than  50mg/Nm3 by applying the pulse bag type dust collector. It is much lower than the national dust discharging standard, which protect the site environment effectively.

High productivity

Getting rid of the thick kiln shell and the kiln ring expands the effective cross-sectional area of rotary kiln. The capacity of cement clinker can improve more than 10%. The operating rate of rotary kiln improved more than 10%.

 

Good sealing performance

By prevent the entrance of cold air and the exit of the gas and dust, the reliable rotary heads sealing devices are equipped with the feeding head and the discharge head of the kiln.

Clinker quality is high

The kiln shell is generally uniform and rough when the rotary kiln in the situation of dynamic balance. So the material rolling moving is smooth and stable, the material layer is uniform and stable, which improve the clinker quality greatly.

 

 

Working Principle

The cylinder of the rotary kiln is made of steel plate, and the cylinder is inlaid with refractory lining and is inclined with the horizontal line. It is supported by three wheel belts on the supporting devices. The inner cylinder is fixed with a tangential spring plate for a large ring gear with a pinion engaged therewith. Materials (natural gas) used for internal combustion in rotary kiln can heat the materials by using gaseous conductance or radiation during the heating process. With the constant rotation of the cylinder at the same time according to the designed inclination and rotational speed, the raw materials also can be periodically rolled and moved forward inside the kilns so as to be sent from the feeding end to the discharging end and calcine it to be qualified for clinker in the time period when they go through rotary kiln, thus achieving the aims of high yield, top quality and low energy consumption. The exhaust gases are discharged by the exhaust blower and drain it into atmosphere by chimney after finishing exchanging heat with the materials. Materials are discharged from the head of the kiln, and then enter the cooling device and it will be cooled. The fuel is injected into the kiln from the kiln head. The waste gas would be discharged from the rotary end after exchange with material. And there is no burner in this design.
